Join the Omics Activity Day in Tübingen, Sep 26th!

Learn how to analyze large omics datasets for tumor classification - without being a data scientist.

09:00 - 11:30

Qlucore Omics Explorer Introduction Training

The Introduction training course is hands on and will teach you how you can easily explore, analyze and visualize your experimental data. You do not need any previous experience with Qlucore Omics Explorer. Preparation material and a training license for the courses will be sent out after registration. Trial license can be downloaded at no cost from https://www.qlucore.com/evaluation

11:30 - 12:00

Molecular Diagnostics using Transcriptomics and Proteomics

Qlucore will present and demonstrate platform and models for RNA-seq based cancer diagnostics now used in clinics. Qlucore expert will be onsite and welcome discussion on any application from clinical trials, stratification or companion diagnostics.

12:00 - 13:00

Lunch and Networking

13:00 - 15:00

Temporal Single-cell Profiling and Transcriptomics

Cytosurge will present their FluidFM Omnium instrument for temporal single-cell profiling and transcriptomics. This cutting-edge technology enables taking subcellular biopsies from the cytoplasm of live cells while conserving their viability. The small cytoplasmic sample can be prepared for downstream analysis, such as RNA sequencing, while the cell of interest is still alive and can be observed and characterized.
